joy & hope – color correction

This is a warm family film, set during Christmas time. There were a lot of differing light values throughout the film that required shot by shot matching. There was also a lot of sky, skin tone, and exposure adjustments made with masking and isolation to maintain the values and keep everything cohesive. For the color grading, we kept it simple, enhancing the warm tones throughout and giving it a more cinematic feel.
